any symptoms within the last week, we ask that you please reschedule.
You will be required to bring a mask to your appointment and wear it while you’re in the facility.
If you are getting a chemical service done, please bring a disposable mask.
When you arrive, please notify the front desk.
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service.
No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.
